b/w sketches illustrate a variety of dishes, all of them incorporating some type of onion or leek. Pg.280 has a Son-of-a-Bitch (or -Gun) stew using tongue, sweetbreads, etc. and looks nothing like Bro. John Visel's version using shrimp!
