Being a muffin-for-breakfast person, I've used this cookbook EXTENSIVELY. It's pretty good. Not as chatty and friendly as I might like - I like comments from the author about ALL recipes, and this book comments only on some - but all the recipes I've tried are pretty good.
I haven't made ALL the muffins in the book yet, but I'm willing to bet there is not a bad muffin in the bunch.
True story I brought the vegetable cheese muffins to a company potluck and a few weeks later a couple o my employees came to me and volunteered to do a much hated (but needed) task in exchange for my making them another batch of the muffins - they were that good.

I love soup. I'm always on the lookout or new and different recipes, and am often disappointed. This cookbook made the grade.
My favorite - cream of carrot zucchini soup. The secret, it used cream cheese instead of cream/half and half/milk. Yum.
