This little book is a wonderful souvenir of the Diamond Anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's Coronation. It presents, in a nutshell, everything you wanted to know about the festivities: the planning, the clothes, jewels, and robes, the carriages, the service itself, and much more. Well worth it for the royal book collector.
Amazing review of Faberge animal minatures in the English Royal collection ... these animals are unlike and more precious than any others in sculpted in bronze, formed into porceline, or otherwise fabricated into other sculptural forms aside from Jeff Koon's "Puppy" (first appearing in Arolsen, Germany, 1992) or Damien Hirst's Shark ("The Physical Impossibility of Death in the Mind of Someone Living", 2003) ...
The Official Centenary Publication. Exposition à Buckingham du 10 avril au 18 octobre 2026.
Beautiful !
