I don't believe normally in these things although I'm intrigued, but I am amazed at the precision of what the defined/undefined channels say about my personality. I haven't finished the book but so far I recognised myself 100% and in a way it gives some sort of consolation to know that after all, I do have a nature that is in a certain way... so far I would highly recommend it...
If you're into the enneagram and like spending time with systems like that - this might be an interesting book for you. The closer it gets to astrology the less I like it....
