About the Author
Musician Isaac Hayes was born in Memphis, Tennessee on August 20, 1942. At the age of 22, he was hired by Stax Records to play backup piano and sax for Otis Redding and other musicians. In the 1960's, he wrote the songs Hold On, I'm Coming and Soul Man for Sam and Dave. He won the Best Original show more Song Oscar for the Theme from Shaft and in 2002 he was elected into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He also worked as an actor. He voiced the role of Chef on South Park from 1997 to 2006 and appeared in the following television shows and movies: Hot Truck Turner, Hustle and Flow, The Rockford Files, and Soul Men. Reviews
His stories on upbringing are interesting, but not very well written. It's ok if you have half av hour to spare and not indulging into something more demanlding. Some of his recipees are to be tested next barbque season most likely.
