This 255 page how-to with it's accompanying CD is absolutely wonderful. I was very impressed with the way Bruce was able to slow and gently guide me through enlightened examples and suggestions to open up and trust the process of reaching to my spirit guides. An honest and truthful way to grow more in our spiritual development and make use of what is up there for us all.

I found helpful charts and graphs that explained the chakra show more system, and even how stones and essential oils can helps us connect with enlightened beings on the other side. I especially enjoyed the detailed chart and description of the seven higher planes. The techniques to connect to my akashic records and to stay protected from negativity left me feeling so safe. The CD was a welcomed tool for relaxing and helping me connect to my guides. I would recommend this book to anyone out there who is looking for help to connect to their guides in a gentle, simple and loving way. Thanks Bruce, a lot of us needed this.

OK so let me be the first to state that I expect a better book out of someone with an ASCH certification. ASCH is one of the best certifications out there in hypnosis. To have someone basically just rehash (what is primarily PLRs) and transcripts that say very little and then tell people to go join the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) which in my opinion is not one of the best places out there, is very upsetting.

Dr Goldberg could do better.
