I Can't Believe I Just Did That : How Embarrassment Can Wreak Havoc in Your Life - and What You Can Do to Conquer It by David Allyn
There are a lot of books out there about how to feel better, work better, just be better, but this one is a really practical one that I am actually going to try to follow though with. While the text has a lot of stuff you really don't need, at the end of each chapter there are sort of summaries with lists (we all like lists...the Seven Habits bit) of what to do. Simple things sometimes like "be on time", "stop the gossip", "stick to your game plan".
