This was somewhat better than your average book on leading edge computer technology.
The first 200 pages do a pretty good job of explaining just what web services are all about and what remains to be done before they are ubiquitous.
The last 100 pages degenerate into a discussion of deployment issues for corporations that I found of zero interest but heck, maybe it's great advice if you're the sort of person who cares about that sort of thing.
I recommend reading it, but bailing it as soon as show more it ceases to hold your interest. show less
