This singular book is written as a transmission of Toth teachings. It reads like a meditation and should be taken as such rather than a traditional book. There are invitations to ponder or write about the material that is presented in order to integrate the teachings.
Anyone who isn't open to spirituality will no doubt find this book to be boring nonsense. I found it relaxing and sometimes mesmerising, slowly reading a few pages before falling asleep.
