Born of Lies is a prequel to the Red Ridge Pack series. At 90 pages it doesn’t take long to read and makes this review difficult to write without spoiling. I was hooked from the beginning and didn’t put it down until I was done. It’s a well written emotional read with just the right amount of tension throughout. The characters were surprisingly developed for a novella and it flowed nicely. It never felt rushed like you get with some shorter stories.
I definitely recommend this to those show more who have read the series for a well done back story. I also recommend this as a good series for anyone else. I for one haven’t read the rest of the series and will be getting the next book soon.

End of Lies begins with Gavin Reed helping Red Ridge Enforcer, Phillip Stanton, escape the Crescent Hills Pack. Upon returning him home, Crescent Hill overruns Red Ridge. Phillip entrusts Cami Moore to hide Gavin in the safe house of her home from his pack, so they would be unaware of his involvement in Phillip’s escape.
I loved this book! The action never stopped. This was such an exciting and refreshing novel that kept my attention from beginning to end. There was a ton going on which show more made the story intense.
I have always liked Gavin. Mostly, because he seemed to be one of the only members of the Crescent Hills Pack that had any morals and stood by them. I really enjoyed getting to know his character better in End of Lies. His personality stood true, remaining strong and incorruptible.
I also, enjoyed Cami as the heroine of the story. She is fierce and loyal to her pack; putting everyone’s safety above her own.
I adored how they got to know each other while stuck in the safe house. The dialog was well done. Their reactions were believable.
I also appreciated how the characters have matured throughout the series, especially Red Ridge’s new Alpha, Cade Walker.
Daily and Weber also did a great job with the creation of the Crescent Hills Pack. They produced evil leaders whom your love to hate. The atmosphere and actions of the pack around their upper echelon seemed appropriate.
If you're already a Red Ridge Pack fan, you will love this book. If you haven’t started the series yet and enjoy paranormal shape-shifter novels you won’t want to miss this series. It is well-written and believable. The plot is incredible and varies from book to book. Plus, the character development is noteworthy, making you feel invested in the individuals.

Sinful is a great book for paranormal lovers looking for a fast and entertaining page turner. This book was definitely a "guilty pleasure" for me. While it was fun and exciting the plot is a little bit predictable.
We meet Elizabeth whose mother just past away and is forced to start a new life in Texas with her father(who hasn’t really been world’s #1 dad, but he’s trying) In the beginning, Elizabeth was a little rough around the edges, but i could understand she was grieving her show more mother’s death. Then Elizabeth starts feeling a comforting and calming presence around her...
Soon she finds out an angel named Micheal is that presence. I liked Micheal he’s gorgeous, sweet and charming. He doesn't want Elizabeth to feel alone. In a way he made her whole, and soon she began to be herself again, that's worth breaking the rules for, right?. But the relationship between them felt a little rushed, i needed a little bit more then an instant love... That doesn’t take away from the fact that i enjoyed reading about them, I loved every moment when the focus was on Daniel. Talk about a bad boy lol
Sara Dailey and Staci Weber created a fun book with great characters and engaging plot. With It’s building suspense, even though i kind of suspected what was going on I was still shocked! It was such an addicting read, i couldn’t get enough! show less

Lillian Michaels was dreading her prearrange marriage to Marcus Walker, the future alpha of the Red Ridge Pack. Once in love their relationship turned sour. Now neither one could stand the other but are bound to an arrangement made by their parents.
To get her mind off her dreaded future Lillian decided to attend Red Ridge’s first Music Festival. Little did she know she would meet human Paul Wright, a sexy rock star performing at the concert. The two have instant chemistry, but she is show more promised to another.
Born of Lies is an emotional story that will captivate its reader. Lillian’s story is well told and moving.
This is the first book I read by Sara Dailey and Staci Weber. The two make a dynamic story. I really enjoyed this prequel and will definitely continue reading the other books in the Red Ridge Pack Series.
