2140 Thorn Bird Country, text by Catherine Marshall (read 3 Apr 1988) This is a book of photographs by Jo Daniell, with a narrative account of a trip through the Australia outback in about 1983. It sounded like a rough trip--interior Australia is a lot more inhospitable than any place in the U.S.A.
