The prompt started out very interesting: we have two biggest problems in our current world. First is hyperactivity, where everbody is busy with consuming information and experiences, and is stuck in their little phone screen. The second problem is that we have more freedom than ever, and comes with it the plethora of options and choices on how to live your life, which turns out is more harmful than we thought. The author then went on explaining how to solve this problem, by become idle (to show more have time to think), introspection (knowing what is your value and what you want) and get in the "flow" state (to fully engage in whatever you do).
This book serves more as a reminder for me, and it doesn't really give new information. And it feels stretching at times.
