This book, though truly dark and disturbing, has had more impact on my life and development than almost any other book that I've read. Perhaps that's the result of an unusual adoration for the work and personality of John Lennon. This book is a thoroughly fascinating journey into the life and mind of the man who killed Lennon. It's a book that will stay with me and haunt me for my life, I feel...but I don't mind.

Having stars for this book is tricky, as I really can't say I *liked* it per se. Appreciated, intrigued, morbidly curious, perhaps,but liked is too..pleasant(?) a word for this book.
