A team of secret agents investigates a supervillain organization.

The writing is pretty bad, although I was always happy enough to watch another episode. It's never quite boring. But the dialog and the characters are awful - Joss Whedon's name might be on it, but he was clearly not involved (or if he was, he was phoning it in).

When her 14-year-old son drowns in a lake, a faithful mother prays for him to come back from the brink of death and be healed.
A member of a secret agent team gets super powers.

It's a little better than season one, but it still has all the same problems.
