You may like this is you (a) like bookplates or (b) like Sherlock Holmes or (c) like books. You would really like it if you like all three. It's charming and neat enough, but rather short of shrift. And some of the bookplates are neat, but most look horridly cartoonish to me. It also seems that half of the bookplates are made for a Dr. Palmirani and most of the other half are from Eastern Europe! (And, some of the bookplates for Palmirani are quite disturbing, see pp. 35, 37-38.)
