He is the author of two books, contributed to five handbooks, and has published 200 articles and publications. Peters received a BS and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is certified as a Total Quality Management Facilitator for the National Guard Bureau and the North Carolina Army National Guard. show less
