In theory the title stands for: Sex Secrets of the Black Magicians Explained - but they aren't, at least, not here.
However, in spite of the irritating assumption that the reader knows all the people the author discusses and knows their work, etc., this is a very interesting book, and the section at the beginning on different world views (pg 6 in my copy) is well worth perusing.
