This is a very comprehensive diet book. That being said it is a diet book. It mostly presents a detailed eating plan and recipes. The exercise section is fairly basic and not at all as extensive as in Kathy's previous books. If you are looking for a diet/weight loss plan though, this book would definitely be for you.
Offers all sorts of extras, food diary, online help, more stretching exercises, a recipe for a gaspacho sundae????, but not as well written as [Abs Diet for Women]. On the other hand, it was better than MOST of the other choices.
