Jeff Cooper (1) (1920–2006)

Short, sweet, and to the point. It is not eloquent or poetic in language but that doesn't matter when the subject is something so dear to you as defense of you and your loved ones.

This book was interesting enough, but sort of light in the substance (it's a whopping 104 pages). There are things to learn from this book, but I expected more from the legendary Jeff Cooper.

Simple and straightforward booklet. Covers different aspects of self and situational awareness as well as self defense. Could have more examples or situations to expand the descriptions of each principle.

A great collection of writings from an incredibly knowledgeable martialist.
