What a great story. It's wonderful to find holiday treasures that go beyond the norm … and this one does that splendidly. The story goes well beyond Christmas, and mixes ecology, geography, airships, and hobbies in an engaging way. Both budding hobbyists/scientists and experienced ones will enjoy this story. Anyone looking for a a "buy book" for the holidays can expect this one to get dog-eared quickly. It has great utility beyond the holidays and will grow with your child. It is worth the show more investment.
