Mike Nichols (3) (1963–)

An interesting, small-town look into September 11th, I read this book after studying 9/11 during the 20th anniversary and seeing that the 9/11 victim went to a small school near my hometown. The book sums up what 9/11 was like for the families who lost loved ones, and experiencing such a big city event from the scope of a very small town family. If you are interested in reading about historical accounts and events, this is a short but interesting read about the effects of 9/11.

This book is a story about a woman that was killed in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. The story was written by Mike Nichols but told by the Haberman family. The story recounts The days and months leading up to attacks and tells the story of Andrea. We also learn how tough the months and years after the attacks were for her family, it is a first hand account of what this family endured. I would recommend this book for older middle school students and high school aged students.
