Very cute illustrations. We sometimes get older eggs from the food pantry and so have to use them quickly, so I picked this up from the Little Free Library. Turns out it's mostly too gourmet, even the 'country' ones often call for special ingredients. But I'll hang onto it awhile for Pasta Carbonara and Poached Eggs in Potato-Onion Nests.
