Who says younger siblings can't kick butt and take names? Jen O'hara was an interesting and fun character to read and follow in this very engaging romance story. She was practical and very determined and not afraid to speak up for the things she wants and needs. She would have to be after having such an impulsive big brother.

Michael is a man who has taken on a mantle of responsibility that he didn't show more ask for. He also can't turn a blind eye to his friend's sister.

Would I recommend this book? Yes! This one is above the norm when it comes to romance.

Analisa's and Rafael's fathers promised the two in marriage before either of the two were even born. Neither is happy to be forced into an arranged marriage. After Analisa's father dies, Rafael visits her Vermont home to help her out and to bring her back to his family's home in Spain as his fiancée. If Analisa will agree to the pretense of being engaged until Rafael's father gets his strength back after suffering an illness, Rafael will then release her from their betrothal.

This was a show more really good story. I loved the setting of Spain and the wonderful cast of characters. Analisa and Rafael made a sweet couple. Analisa was a very likable and compassionate heroine. Hero Rafael was a dangerously sexy Spaniard. I loved Rafael's family who were so welcoming to Analisa. Maid Angela was such a sweet lady. Other woman Carmen was a lot of fun just by being bad. There's also a very exciting bullfight. The ending of the book was a bit weak with some unnecessary melodrama, but even so, everything else was so good that this still rates 5 stars for me. show less
