About the Author
Brian Neil Peterson, Ph.D. University of Toronto, is Associate Professor of Hebrew Bible at Lee University in Cleveland, TN, where he teaches a variety of classes in Old Testament studies and biblical Hebrew. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles as well as several other books. One of his show more most recent books is on Ecclesiastes and is titled Qokeleth's Hope (Fortress, 2019). Along with an active research schedule, Peterson also spends portions of his summers doing archaeological work in Israel. He has excavated at Khirbet el-Maqatir (2010-2016) - the proposed site of Joshua's Ai - and Shiloh (2017-current). show less
