A bit too much terminology, and just overall too much exposition about the topics. It's hard to find space to read this book in the middle of your first semester in law school, which is probably the most usual time this book would be read.

Other than that, the main ideas of this book are very helpful. It helps to think about that fact patterns in exam questions as being composed of either forks in the law or forks in the facts.
