This is a wonderful book about triumphing above co-addiction and living up to your potential. Thou this book is aimed more towards a spouse with addiction, you can apply it to other situations in which you are finding yourself in a co-addictive relationship such as: a parent, sibling, or friend.

As a woman who was once in a co-addiction relationship with my husband, I found myself either yelling at my spouse or pretending nothing was going on. I knew that there was wonderful person beneath show more the disguise that addiction created. It wasn't until the birth of our first child, a daughter, in which a change came over him and he realized his potential as both a spouse and a father.

I wish that I had this book back then to help me cope and learn how to handle his addiction and to help me to realize my potential as a woman. I am happy to say that now we have been married 20 wonderful years and I have made a career for myself.

Thank you Mrs. Espich for you inspiration book. I hope that many will read this book and use the mediation and journal suggestions to help them bring about an incredible happy life for themselves.
