It was written in 1991. The topic is a software program that's gone through many substantial changes since, running on a platform that no longer exists (Windows 3.0).
Yet I still keep this book. Why?
Because Rick Altman is a fine, fine, technical writer. This book is enjoyable to read, or at least leaf through -- still -- because he got the balance between the content and the yuks just right.
To me, it's worth having on the shelf as a reference and a model for getting the job done well.
