I found this a very interesting book and have kept it on my shelf to re-read. It's not as fluffy as the title might lead one to believe but draws on a variety of sources to present a broad (600+ pages) overview of how emotions affect health. One of the findings I loved was that moaning actually helps relieve stress and its negative effects on one's body. So moan and groan away at work and tell the boss it's for your health, same as a cup of yogurt for lunch.
