We have this book in our pre-k library for them to see the pictures it contains. While we are not reading each page to them it does start several discusses because they are curious about the picture. I feel this is a great book to include when studying the five senses. Now the actual content would be great for upper elementary students. It is small and compact but looks like an older research book. Students would probably feel very grown up using this book as a resource. With it containing show more several sections it would be great to use throughout a unit. I also want to mention it has excellent diagrams showing the way your nose works or the way we taste food. This book is about several types of intense weather conditions that impact living conditions around the world. The book explains the weather conditions and how they come to be, the book also has several tips on how to stay safe during the weather disasters. The book also has a cool explanation on weather tracking and a last page on instructions to how to write an A report.
