This book is so rare I had to get it from Australia. As I am a native of Lochee, I found this history fascinating. A very detailed work on the layout and latter history of Lochee. But no significant folklore or archaeology (what about the Pitalpin bronze snake armlet in the National Museum of Scotland). If you want to read this, go to the local history section of Dundee Central Library.
