The suspense was not particularly suspenseful, and the ending was terribly predictable. The only part that came as a shock was when she actually found the corpse, and had I remembered the little excerpt that was on the back, I would have been looking forward to that moment the whole time I was reading. Plot development was severely lacking and characters were a bit one-dimensional, but I quite liked the writing itself. The style was enjoyable to read.
