I remember camping out, more as a scout than a cub. We went to Meonstoke. One time we went on a hike and didn't get back until really late at night. I just wonder how worried the scoutmasters were. It was their fault - wrong scale map. We set out on what they thought was an 8 mile home but which turned out to be 20 miles. There are some great titles listed on the back cover of this book: 100 ideas for outdoor pack meetings and 100 ideas for troop meetings. Can there really be that many ideas?
