So good! I wish wish wish wish I'd had this as a child. I was an adult before I realized that the dyslexia diagnosis I got explained a lot more more than just difficulty spelling. It would have made a huge difference. Get it for your dyslexic kid, now.

I think some people believe the child will somehow be better off if they don't know about their diagnosis, but if you go through this book with them they can talk to you about which things they find difficult and you can come up with a show more game-plan together to tackle them, or look for difficulty-specific advice online. show less
