Well done research and nicely written about the history of stratospheric exploration in balloons. Especially relating to the Manhigh, Excelsior and Strato programs. I would like more insight into the parallel efforts done in the Soviet Union but you can't have it all, can you? I really liked read this one and it shed a diferent light into the American space program (especially Gemini and Apollo) and also some new stuff about what happened in the fire on the Apollo capsule accident.
