NCLA Review - As in the lives of many young women today, an unplanned out-of-wedlock pregnancy happened in the life of Sarah Collins (played by Rebecca St. James) just as the doors of opportunity were opening up for her in her career. Having been raised in a home with strong Christian principles but not living in her faith at the time, Sarah knew she would not have an abortion even though there were very strong influences to the contrary all around her. Through visions Sarah believes that show more were sent to her by God, she sees what her life would be like if she does have this child…and she likes what she sees. Sarah stands strong even though at the time her faith was weak. As with many crises in our lives we are drawn closer to the Lord, and in the end, Sarah was able to help a friend and coworker deal with and come to forgive herself for having had an abortion in her teen years.
