About the Author

A native Texan, Annette Sanford taught high school English for many years before becoming a full-time writer. Her stories have been featured on National Public Radio and have been read in live performance at Symphony Space literary events in New York City and at the Texas Bound Literary Series in show more Dallas. Her stories have appeared in McCall's, Redbook, The North American Review, The Ohio Review, and Southwest Review. The recipient of two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, Sanford makes her home in Ganado, Texas. show less
