Sams Teach Yourself Visual C#.NET in 24 Hours (Sams Teach Yourself S.) by James Foxall

I'm not sure about the balance of this book. As an introduction to C# I found it useful. I wanted something that introduced C# and the 2003 IDE to me but didn't want a beginners guide to programming.
Sometimes it lapsed into the latter.
