I reviewed Bitten Book 1 in the series, giving it 2 stars. This installment is only slightly better.
Stolen is less about Ally and Ben, more about Gabe. Gabe is Ben's best friend. He is hunting for Ally where Ben refuses to believe she could be.
I like Gabe. He has more sense than Ben, Ally, and Moira combined. He is the only somewhat developed character in the book.
There is still an immature feel to the writing. The English, punctuation, and phrasing errors makes me wonder if English is the show more authors first language. show less

So I was not as smitten with this book as others. I found it boring and I really did not like the characters. Just me I guess. The other book was okay but I still thought it was better than this one. Just would not be a re-read for me.
Stolen was a continuation of Bitten and thankfully left out the sexual details or situations but still used too much profanity which still made it undesirable for Young Adult reading.
This is good writing and a unique idea but in a style for a young audience.
There is humor, intrigue and drama within the pages of this novel.

Alice Korman is one of the stupidest women in literary history. Who see a man at a club (doesn't even meet him), follows him out at 2 am and down dark alleys at that, then goes to his home with barely an introduction. I get love at first sight, but this was just dumb.
I do not recommend this book to anyone. It found it very immature and poorly written. The phrasing, punctuation, grammar, and repetition made me feel like a 12 year old wrote this book.
I downloaded book 1 and 2 for free at the show more same time. But I don't think I want to bother with book 2. show less
