3.5 A high school girl is struggling to get along with her classmates. She hears her teacher talking in her head and just does not fit. She is faster, feels older and something else. She has some facts brought to light on who and what she is but what does it all mean ? Life gets weirdly complicated and exciting the more she learns.
I really enjoyed this short story. The pacing was perfect, I was sitting on the edge of my seat excited for the next passage. The mystery held out through the show more story holding my interest. Bravo to this author. I see some real talent in this work. show less
Well, we're seeing a pattern with these sisters. They have "mothers" who are supposed to be guardians, but have in reality left the girls on their own. Nice. No wonder the girls are clueless as to their true identity and the dangers involved.
This was a good story, although there was a lot to take in. I really didn't like the ending, but I've seen that the author says that some things are cleared up in Book 3. I hope so.
Great story, fast paced. I can't wait to read the next one.
