Efren R. Abueg

This was a difficult book to read as each story is different. Some were interesting while some were a bit boring. The first parts of the book was a bit disconnected. I want to feel the pain of these people but the stories are too short too make that connection and the language was also hard to understand. I find myself connecting more to Edgardo M. Reyes and Rogelio R. Sikat's stories more. I really liked "Quentin", "Ang Gilingang-bato" and "Di Maaboy ng Kawalang-malay". They were the show more stories that are easier to understand and relate to. show less
