A cook book for ignorants and idiots like me. It even explains the different tools in the kitchen. I've been looking for a book like this forever because it answers all the questions I was too embarrassed to ask, especially with a sister who's a cook.

I already knew how to cook, but this book taught me so much! Not only is it very basic [with wonderful and eye-catching photographs and layout], but is a great teaching book. I learned about how to store different foods and where to store them. The book also has a fruit and vegetable calendar so you actually know when things are in season.

I call this my Cooking Bible. I highly recommend to all.
