Two long-time friends who had been drifting apart find themselves caught in a shooting as some immortality cult members come to pick up a very special order from a third friend/acquaintance of theirs.
Things only get stranger and crazier from there, until over the course of 48 hours barely any facet of their life (or at least, what the staidest of the two thought he knew about his own life) is left show more unscathed.
Can be fun if you're in the mood for that sort of extended silliness, though that might not be what most would expect when picking a zombie book.
A few editing oversights, not that many but more than I noticed in other Kindle Press books so far. show less

Dead 'til Dawn by Gerald Dean Rice is a book I won through the Kindle Scout program. I am not someone really into zombie books really but it sounded like a book that would make it to a book. After reading it, it is an okay read. It is different. It is not my kind of book but it is not a bad book. I found it was a bit wordy. I think the concept was new and different which was a big plus but I really couldn't bond with the characters. Worth the read regardless.
