I listed to this as a Playaway. This made it so that I was unable to see the positions that were mentioned. I am familiar with most of the positions in yoga so I could visualize those positions. The instructors have practiced yoga for over 20 years. I appreciated the explanations of what portions of the body were affected by different positions. This is useful. Some of the language used to describe affects/actions was meaningless (i.e., breath sweetly, move your mind to your heart, move your show more heart to your hands). This was short and has something to offer. I mildly recommend it. show less
