Maggie Harper

This is a short Christmas story with supernatural monsters and supernatural detectives. Maggie Harper has taken the chore of Christmas mall shopping and spiced it up with the chaos of monsters in the malls. In this very short story she has fleshed out her characters with a vivid paintbrush of words. And, added believable unbelievable action.

Fantasy is not generally my genre but I will make an exception in Maggie Harper's case. I will be looking for more tales to read she makes me smile.

More fantasy mixed with the supernatural from Maggie Harper. This is a serial where each short story can be read as a standalone, or in serial order. I picked up in the middle and am enjoying them as I find them. The outrageous situations her characters find themselves in are hilarious; and they claim this is their every day lives. You can never fear the creatures under the bed again, when you accept that Maggie, Rachmaninoff and Parker are here to protect the normal citizens. Monsters and show more magical creatures save the day. Fun, fast-paced read. show less
