This 1970 book is an overview of the pulp fiction stories and magazines from the 1920s through the 1950s. It covers War & Aviation, Science Fiction, Mysteries, Supernatural, Wild West and more. It provides the history of the various pulp magazines and authors as well as sample stories, some of which were great (mysteries), some were awful (Wild West) and some were totally disgusting Innocence and Straight Out Sex.

If you want an overview of pulp fiction and its stories, this book is for you.
