I find the amount of recent positive reviews for this specific volume to be really concerning.
It's made explicitly clear on the very first page that both of the leads are 16, and yet they're both forced into sexual situations by adults and it's all passed off as cutesy or comedic drama. As far as I'm concerned, this is where LDK ends.
I saw the first seven volumes of this series sitting on the shelf at my local library so I picked them up and blew threw them in a few days. LDK is an unrelentingly generic high school romance manga. The twist here is that the girl accidentally ends up living in a tiny studio apartment with the most desired boy in her high school. Contrived sexual situations ensue. The main problem is neither of them have personalities and the side characters can barely manage a single quirk among them. The show more heroine is easily flustered by everything, which is convenient because all her love interest does is tease her mercilessly between bouts of brooding about his mysterious past. All the usual tropes are trotted out over the course of the seven books I read: bento lunches, summer festivals, yukatas, fireworks, sister with a brother complex, cousin with a cousin complex, roguish older brother, first kisses, school festivals, etc., etc. etc. It's not awful, especially if you find comfort in those cliches, but don't pick up LDK expecting to find something original or of high quality. show less

Chapters 65 - 72: I really enjoyed this omnibus volume and the school’s cultural festival story arc. I am also enjoying getting to know Leon and how he is impacting the story. I look forward to reading what happens next in this series.
