If you don’t love her someone else will.
Mary Bivens is homemaker that is missing the home. Not the physical home but the mental home. She misses the touch, love, and companionship of her husband. As you read this novel, you will come to realize that sometimes loyal means nothing to the other party involved. No longer will she wait from the love of her husband. She after a encounter at a spa decides to take a look around to see what she has been missing. Plenty of fish are in the sea but show more what kind is she going after. She found someone that created waves in here pond. To think that she had to take a dip in the “lady pond” to get a taste of the love she is missing.
Charles Bivens is the provider and husband of Mary. He is already seeing what is out there. Testing the water if you may say. He already knows that date of when he is going to grant his wife her freedom papers. He is a dog and a dog in the biggest of terms. One of the ladies that he is involved with gives him a taste of his own medicine. You can not always mix work and pleasure.
Will Charles and Mary be able to make their marriage work? Will the lady in Mary’s life be the answer to all her prayers and give her her heart’s desire? Will Charles's messy work relationships make the ultimate decision for him concerning his marriage?
Katt you did your thing with this novel. For page one, I was like what the heck is going on with these people. I felt sorry for Mary at first but when she had her change, I was like “You Go Girl”. The character development in this novel was very critical to the flow of the book. So with that being said you can tell that the author took time to see that the characters are seasoned. No questions were left unanswered and all parts of the story was believable. No grammar errors were presented in the book. show less
