This book is a much quicker read if you’re not trying to read a dozen other books at the same time. It is not presented as a be-all and end-all treatise, but rather a vehicle for reflecting on and discussing what people mean by “safety culture” and why the term itself has become meaningless. Busch has compiled this book from a series of blog posts and edited them together for flow. Each chapter is meticulously endnoted, and the book contains a list of further reading (I’ve read three show more of the books listed, am in the middle of a fourth, and want to read at least two more). show less
