An enthusiastically oblivious dork goes to college.

Pleasant and cute. It's a character driven story, which is a big change of pace for Harold. Hopefully he sticks with this approach - he's just not funny enough for feature-length slapstick.

A rich man accidentally founds a mission, then corrals some gangsters.

Nice little movie - a lot funnier than Lloyd usually is, largely because other (unnamed) comics steal the show. And it's short, too.

A wealthy hypochondriac vacations in South America during a revolution.

It's amusing, but not exceptionally so - the usual Harold Lloyd standard of pleasant and forgettable, with a few bigger laughs thrown in here and there.

A man raised in China comes to America and runs for Mayor of a corrupt town.

It's more like a 1980's movie than something you'd expect to be made by a silent film star. Except that if it was made in the 80's it wouldn't be any good, while this is quite witty.
