While there isn't anything new in this book, it is good to remind yourself of what's important. But once again, a wealthy to middle class white guy is telling "truths" like they are universal to everyone. Not everyone can quit their job and "do what they love." What makes that easy is strong financial footing. Also, he talks about losing weight and being healthy just by walking or riding a bike for an hour a day, something not everyone can do (like women with hormone imbalances and those who show more aren't able bodied). And "avoiding cheap processed foods" is a lot easier to say than it is to do when you're poor. I don't mind books that try to remind us of what's important; learning to laugh and to love are important to just about every human, but also don't make your experience seem like it's universal. Not everyone made Microsoft money and could quit to do their dream job. show less
